Jose Joya is a Realtor with RE/MAX Universal, leading his own team, Jose Joya Realty Group, across the greater Houston market. He specializes in new construction, resale, and investment properties, and works with anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. Jose has been licensed for six years, backed by more than a decade of experience in team management, marketing, sales, training, and coaching. In that time, he's closed more than $15 million in sales and helped over 60 families become homeowners. He's bilingual in English and Spanish, and previously served as President of NAHREP Katy (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals). Outside of real estate, Jose is building a ground-up construction company alongside his wife, Genesis.
